Summary Annual Meeting December 2001 The annual meeting was held at 7PM, Tuesday, December 4, 2001 at the Triumphant Love Lutheran Church. The Board and Advisory Board members present were as follows:
The President began the meeting with the new business of reinstating the
Homeowners Association with the state of Texas. It was voted upon and
approved by unanimous vote to reincorporate. Larry Holder presented the 2001 financial report. Current assets
are $13,613.71. The expenses in year 2001 were $1,485.58, primarily
for the printing, mailing costs and legal expenses. Carlos Valdez presented the Architectural Control Committee report. He
gave an overview of major and minor architectural requests that must be sent in
for approval prior to the onset of the project. He reminded homeowners
that cars should be parked in garages or driveways and not on the street for
extended periods of time as well as the fact that unsightly objects such as
trash cans need to be removed in a timely fashion. The Committee will be
revising the Building Guidelines in 2002.
The meeting concluded with the election of new Officers and Directors for
